Refund policy
Returns:
Due to the nature of products, that we sell, it is not easy to determine if the product was used for testing purpose or completely unused. This presents us a challenge to accept returns on the product and then sell it to another customer. Returns is almost a write-off product for us as we cannot sell it to another customer.
Due to hygiene and double handling of product, we are unable to offer returns option on all purchases. This policy also gives our customers peace of mind that their purchased items are absolutely brand new and not from the returns stock.
Return of Order Due to Non-Collection or Incorrect Address:
If an order is not collected by the recipient, or if the provided address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to Oud Luxury Collection, a return fee will be charged to the customer in accordance with Australia Post rates. Additionally, re-shipment fees will be applied based on the actual shipping costs determined by Australia Post.
Cancelled Orders:
Oud Luxury Collection Australia has the right to cancel and refund the orders, due to any reason, specified or not specified. Payment will be refunded to customer's original method of payment and refund can take up to 10 business days.
